From what I’ve seen on this platform CTV is the worst. CBC does not post nearly as much as CTV does nor do they push as many ridiculous articlesas CTV.

CBC is a state-financed or state-owned media, which is public in Canada and receives the biggest part of money from taxes. It provides coverage on Television, Radio, and Online with content in English and France.
Despite being a news network, it also offers a variety of programs for Canadian artists and other cultural content. It is a public service that seeks to educate, enlighten, and entertain the Canadian population and this is somehow and hampered by such factors as funding which is usually reduced, and the competition from the commercial media outlets.

CBC throws in a twist and a lie on any story they can. They cut things early and make sure the viewer is baffled yet stable through the interaction enough to not look at the full story. Iv called out a few reporters but they didn’t respond. Even if you ask more questions lol…

I am going with CBC, they crossed the line into propaganda and indoctrination of children long before the others did. Think the Nature of Thing targeting children… “CBC has been gaslighting the Canadian population for decades.
Global
Global News can be viewed as one of the most famous Canadian news providers; it is part of the Global Television Network and specializes in the provision of news and current affairs programs. This station is state-controlled and a member of the CKXT network of radio services and it offers both, national and regional news.
Despite the name and the logo, which might convey the idea of global operations, Global News offers its programs, which include news, weather updates, and others, mainly to the Canadian audience. It operates primarily in English and French because Canada is a bilingual country.
Reason Why Public Don’t Find This Media House Good
Subversive outlet
“Global, because they present themselves as less slanted than the others. They have a veneer of being more truthful and yet, on the most important issues to the regime, they toe the line. Therefore, I believe they’re even more subversive than CBC.”
However, we don’t find more tweets about the Global because it comes at the second position which means it’s quite better than the above two. Now let’s talk about the last one.
CityTV
Possessing a clear view of the network, Citytv is a Canadian Television station that is currently operating under Rogers Sports & Media company. This station provides programming that includes local and national programs and it primarily targets the urban audience.
Similar to the other two networks, Citytv focuses on news, entertainment, and lifestyle programs for residents in big cities including Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and Montreal. It is considered to have an extensive schedule and a closer relationship with the audience and the residents.
City TV stands at the least in providing false information, so we can consider this one. However, it’s completely up to the audience to find the best news.

There are many reason upon the public claims a channel to be a bad one but the one they talked alot about is the clickbait and determining the media house that most frequently employs clickbait without accuracy is difficult for several reasons:

One of the most talked reason is Public service media (PSM) can be defined as media organizations that are mainly funded through public money like taxes and/or licensing fees.
