The refusal done by the Military members was not acceptable by the authorities as in the military all the laws and orders need to be accepted as a part of their signed contract. The contract was made because of adding the members in the community, in which it is clearly mentioned that one has the right to refuse the medicines or vaccine unless he/she might be suffering from an allergic reaction.
Over this news many asked numerous questions concerning the x-military members, significantly one wrote… “Will you offer back pay to the Reservists and National Guardsmen who were forced out or forced into early retirement from the service as well, Mr. Trump? Regardless, you have my vote. Harris and Biden were all about mandating the jab.”
Here the person is talking about the Reservist and the National Guardsmen who were forced to retire in the early stage of their service.
On the other hand, Health Middle Man, a verified member of X posted, focusing on the aforementioned matter, military members.
Middle wrote, “In the military, you can not refuse a lawful order. You also signed a contract that says they can use you as the military sees fit. You can not refuse vaccines unless you have an allergy. There are like 10 shots you must get.”
A man from the Korean Army wrote, “True. But an order must also be moral and ethical and not in direct violation of the Constitution. Like the allergy, in peacetime DoD has made exceptions for religious reasons ….can get complicated.”
On this many said that it’s completely their choice whether they are willing to intake the vaccines or oppose this. On such comments he wrote again and said:
“The constitution says nothing about specifically targeting civilians. That is a rule under the Geneva Convention. And an order that mandates refusal. There are few exceptions and are narrowly defined. Such as a civilian with a weapon who poses a direct threat.”

Likewise, another X user, Steve Kervin added, Yes, the offer should be made as it could if the majority decided to return, to help resolve our Military Recruiting Problem. Also the cost of backpay is really a non-issue. All of those service members were already Budgeted for in our Military Budget. For the country and Personnel involved it would be a WIN WIN.”
Most significant tweet that we have seen on the X is of Dayne, another verified user who wrote that the soldiers would be hired back, not only with the job but back pay should also be provided to them.
Dayne said: “Yup. With back pay. There are times, those rare times, where a moral imperative must take the high ground or else there will be no country to defend.”
The decision taken by Former President Trump, to rehire the members who were once kicked out from the military for not taking the vaccines during the covid face, as this dismisses the law and order of the Government in the first place but as of now he decided to take back all the 800 volunteers along with the pay back.
